I have to say that when I was evaluating software a year ago one of my concerns was the email only support. This has been proven to be an unfounded concern. I have consistently been amazed that I get quick replies no matter the time of day and even on weekends. Keep up the good work, it is much appreciated.

You made us feel confident in your instructions… To say we were very nervous is an understatement. We were down to about a few hours left so tensions were very high here. I could only assure the store how you assured me. And sure enough it all worked out very well - you deserve a big pat on the back for saving a frightened customer with a zero time frame for error. Everything appears to be functioning like clockwork now. I sent a lot of questions and concerns. You never harped on me about how many questions or concerns were asked. You just dealt with my problems like you were right here next to me. Tech support now a'days truly is lacking. But not for you guys!
